Clement Family Dentistry is looking for an experienced, polished, and dependable Patient Care Coordinator to join our front-office team.

We are a busy, established, family-owned private dental practice in Thibodaux with a strong reputation, a large patient base, and a team that takes pride in delivering an exceptional patient experience.

This position is the first point of contact for our patients, so we are looking for someone who is friendly, organized, confident, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

This role will primarily be responsible for:

Greeting and checking in patients.
Answering and managing incoming phone calls.
Scheduling new patients and handling routine appointment requests.
Managing new-patient paperwork, records, and intake.
Communicating clearly with patients regarding appointments and office policies.
Coordinating referrals and records as needed.
Maintaining accurate patient information in our practice-management system.
Assisting the front-office team during high-volume periods.
Providing excellent customer service from the first phone call through the patient's arrival.

This position will also be cross-trained in scheduling and checkout so that the team can provide seamless coverage when needed.

Has previous dental front-office experience.
Is comfortable working with dental practice-management software; Dentrix experience is strongly preferred.
Has excellent phone and interpersonal skills.
Communicates professionally and confidently.
Is highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
Pays close attention to detail.
Understands the importance of keeping a busy dental schedule running smoothly.
Works well as part of a team and is willing to step in where needed.
Is dependable, positive, and solution-oriented.
Enjoys building relationships with patients.

Experience with dental scheduling, checkout, insurance, or treatment coordination is a plus and may create additional opportunities for growth within the practice.
