Clement Family Dentistry is looking for a Treatment Coordinator to join our team.
This is an important role in our office. The Treatment Coordinator helps patients understand their recommended treatment, reviews financial options, schedules treatment, follows up with patients, and helps keep the office moving forward.
We are looking for someone who is organized, confident, personable, and comfortable communicating with patients. The right person will enjoy helping patients make decisions, explaining information clearly, and working closely with the doctors, hygienists, assistants, and front office team.
This position is also a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow. We are looking for a team member who can become a trusted leader in the practice over time. If you are someone who naturally takes ownership, solves problems, communicates well, and has an interest in future management or leadership, this could be a strong long-term fit.
What You’ll Do:
- Present treatment plans to patients in a clear and comfortable way.
- Review estimated patient portions and payment options.
- Help patients schedule recommended treatment.
- Follow up with unscheduled treatment.
- Communicate with doctors and clinical team members about patient needs.
- Help create a smooth, positive experience for patients.
- Support the front office team as needed.
- Track treatment opportunities and help improve systems over time.

Dental experience is strongly preferred, especially in treatment coordination, scheduling, insurance, billing, or front office roles. However, we are open to training the right person if they have the right personality, work ethic, and desire to grow.
